After a master thesis in the area of agronomical application of Essential Oils, Simon Dal Maso started his career in the Integrated and Urban Plant Pathology Laboratory(Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, University of Liege, Belgium). As young scientist, he was managing the Weedzap project aiming at developing Essential Oils as product based on laboratory results. He followed an accelerated Management Program at Solvay Business School in 2018.

During the last 4years, he was responsible for:

- Modes of Action studies,

- Formulation of the Essential Oils,

- Field and Laboratory trials,

- Supply Chain.
