After graduating as Engineerin Chemistry and Process Engineering, specialized in Formulation, Mélina Chapellet started her carrier in the chemical industry. This first 8 years long experience allowed her to occupy various positions. She started in Technical Support team as relay between R&D and Production, and then orientate to Production as Process Engineer and finally Quality Control manager.

She is in charge of raw materials sourcing, as well as production process improvement and industrialization of the recipes developed in the lab.
